“Final Destination” is a horror franchise about people who escape death, and are then hunted down and killed one-by-one by an inescapable supernatural force. The series features groups of people who manage to avoid dying in horrible tragic accidents when the main character witnesses a premonition of the event, wakes up from the vision, and drags his or her friends to safety just before everything goes to hell and people die.
The rest of the movie is about Death coming to collect its due, and the violent, bloody events that lead to each survivor’s death.
